In My Mailbox (18)

"In My Mailbox" is a weekly post hosted at The Story Siren and it's about what new books we got in the mail or we bought or got in the library or whatever this week.

This week I've got:

OMG I can't believe I've got it!! Pieces of Us by Margie Gelbwasser - you guys, isn't this cover just gorgeous? I so so love it! Since the moment I saw it I knew I needed to have this book!

And then I've got Trust in Advertising by Victoria Michaels - I find out about this novel in the My Book Boyfriend meme. The quotes were amazing, so I figured the book will be awesome too!

And then I've got these two amazing books! Saving Francesca and Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta. I've heard nothing, but amazing things about Marchetta's books and I am very excited to read them :)

In this place, I want to share the first quote of Jellicoe Road, because I think is just incredible and it describes perfectly how I feel. Most of the time. So here it is:

So, what have you got in your mailbox this week? :)

Ps. For all of you that commented already today.. I am so sorry, but something was wrong with my IntenseDebate commenting system, and well, it all went to hell. I am so pissed off. But, I've seen them and I really appreciated it, even if they aren't to be shown now. :/

I've heard really good things about Jellicoe Road too! Pieces of Us has kind of a sad and lonely cover. Really curious about that one. Thanks for visiting My IMM!

I'm doing myself a disservice by not reading Jellicoe Road. I know it, yet I can't bring myself to hunt up a copy just yet. I HAVE NO TIME. Still, it looks so good. As does The Pieces of Us! ENJOY.

Have an amazing reading week!

All working again, though I think that has lots to do with the fact that you're not using IntenseDatabase. (I'd be SO pissed!)

Anyway, great haul! : D
