Blogspiration #17

Blogspiration is a Brand Spankin' New weekly meme hosted by both GrowingUp YA and Saz101. The meme was created to help spark inspiration among bloggers, readers and writers alike. An inspirational quote/picture/video is posted weekly, on the day of the author's choosing, so that it may inspire creativity, conversation, and just a little SOMETHING.

I've seen this beautiful quote and I decided to share it with you. I feel really strongly about it. And when I saw I said, “Wow, this is perfect for my blogspiration!”
the moment

This happens to me all the time. I mean, I tend to read books while I am in bars or outside on the grass in a park. And I am so absorbed by the book that I completely forget about the world around me. I don’t hear any music, any chit-chat of people who are sitting on the table beside me. It’s just me and the story.

And then, usually, in the book happens something and I am completely shocked or thrown away by it, and I look around and see that people still carry on with their chat like nothing happened when my world is completely crashed, or it has just shattered.
It feels, well, awkward and amazing at the same time :P

Does it happen to you, too? And what’s your blogspiration this week? :)

You're lucky you can read with people around you. I honestly can read a single word if I hear noise around me. I'm the kind of reader who needs silence all around her to read. :P
Oh well, I have giant sensitive ears ! :P

I saw this quote like yesterday and I almost used it for blogspiration but didn't so I am happy you did because it really has a impact. This happens to me all the time. I actually get mad at people when I am heartbroken because of a book and they are all happy and laughing. I want to scream, "Don't you know that Kate Freaking Daniels almost died saving the Beast Lord, the man she loves so dearly?" Or something to that effect. lol

This happens to me so many times. I finish books often on busses and each time I close an incredible book, I am so amazed at the book and sad that the outside world is still the same. Perfect blogspiration Nea!

I can't even explain how well I know this feeling. It's this palpable sense of shock and... *hugs* YES. I LOVE IT. And I love YOU for sharing this :D
